The training follows Harvard Business School's advancements in leadership effectiveness and other strong principles for organizational growth. This series is a small group venue and can be attended live for those in the Tamp Bay Area.
 
This is a two-way relationship, not a one-way lecture.  We will have group discussions and work together to solve current barriers you may be facing.
 
Sessions are 1 to 2 hours depending on the needs of each participant. Include 4 sessions.
